It is not a portal for therapy services and does not transmit, store, or process protected health information (PHI). Clinical communications between Fanshen Thompson, LCSW and clients are conducted exclusively through HIPAA-compliant channels separate from this Site.

• Information you provide. When you complete the consultation inquiry form, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, and the service type you select. We ask that you do not include clinical, medical, or sensitive health details in any free-text field on this Site.

2. How We Use Information

• To respond to consultation inquiries.
• To schedule introductory calls.
